The Finance Office at Westminster is where all financial activities take place, whether it be student transactions or gifts from donors. For example:
- Students, new or returning, come to pay for their tuition and fees.
- It is also the place to fill out the forms for students who are working at the Seminary.
- Payroll, Student loan refunds, and expense reimbursements are processed in this office.
- We are located at the top of the main stairs in Machen Hall and we look forward to meeting you.
Who and what they do:
Mark Wilson: Chief Financial Officer, is responsible for the development and execution of a financial strategy that will ensure financial stability and growth of Westminster Theological Seminary.
Judy Mellen, Accounting Manager, handles all accounting procedures and questions; she is available when Sara Hayes is not available and you need to pay for tuition.
Sara Hayes, Student Accounts Manager, is the person to be in contact with regarding all transactions to your student account.
Lynne Morris, Human Resources Assistant and Accounts Payable Clerk, is the person to contact if you are starting a job at Westminster or need to be reimbursed for Seminary based expenses.
