Our chaplains serve directly in the workplace providing care for employees and their families. Chaplains make weekly visits to the worksite. The goal is to make a personal contact with each employee, ministering to their needs and providing encouragement. We build genuine relationships while intentionally seeking opportunities to share the life-changing Good News of Jesus Christ.
THIS POSITION WILL SERVE THE PHILADELPHIA AREA.
5 years non-ministry work experience.
Undergrad with Biblical/Theological core (open to those pursuing).
Some ministry experience.
Heart for evangelism and showing mercy.

Corporate Chaplains of America is an evangelical chaplaincy ministry that partners with businesses to provide care for their employees and family members. CCA incorporates a variety of means for caring in the workplace. These include: confidential care giving, crisis intervention, critical incident care, management consultation, ministry referral, employee/community/church relations, and compassionate intervention in response to other needs which arise in the workplace. Our heart for providing the best care possible is reflected in our mission: "Our mission is to build caring relationships with the hope of gaining permission to share the life changing Good News of Jesus Christ in a non-threatening manner."
CCA's home office is located in Wake Forest NC. We have chaplains serving nationwide.
