Log your hours

Tuition-Work Program participants will log all of their worked hours into the seminary's online time-tracking system.

Compensation Rates

Each job has a different compensation rate (similar to an hourly wage). Supervisors will be able to let applicants know the rate of compensation for the Tuition-Work position for which the applicant has applied.

Bi-monthly earned report

Tuition-Work Program participants will be able to view their accrued hours worked, compensation earned to date, and tax deductions, on a semi-monthly basis in their seminary payroll accounts.

Applying the credit to your tuition

At the end of each quarter, the Finance Office will apply each Tuition-Work Program participant's earned compensation for that quarter to the next term or semester for which the Tuition-Work Program participant is enrolled.
